Terms of Service
By accessing or using SkinTrack you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
SkinTrack is a personal skincare tracking and documentation tool designed to help you record and review your treatment history. SkinTrack is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@skintrack.me if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
SkinTrack is intended for personal use only. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app, or rely on SkinTrack for medical decisions. Any use of the service for commercial purposes without our express written consent is prohibited.
Your use of SkinTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.
You may cancel your SkinTrack subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription option in the Settings page of the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access to SkinTrack until that date. Once your subscription ends, access to your account will be suspended until an active subscription is resumed.
SkinTrack offers a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. The free trial is available once per person and once per payment method. You will not be charged until the free trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. Attempts to circumvent the one-time trial limitation by creating multiple accounts or using multiple payment methods are a violation of these Terms of Service and may result in immediate account termination.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel an annual subscription, you will retain access through the end of the paid period but will not receive a prorated refund for unused months.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@skintrack.me and we will review your case promptly.
SkinTrack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkinTrack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the revised terms at skintrack.me/tos and updating the effective date above. Your continued use of SkinTrack after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
